What format are the photos in?
All LoftyLens photos are in JPG format. All photos are digital high resolution photos (10 megapixels). They can be purchased online via PayPal with a major credit card for immediate download.
Will the watermark be removed once I purchase a photo? Yes. Once you purchase the photo, you will be able to download the image with no watermark.
I received a postcard in the mail that said if I purchase one image I will get to download all other images of my property for free. How will I get the free images? Once you have purchased one image, send me an e-mail with your e-mail address and I will change the other images so that you can download them immediately for free. As soon as I have changed the pricing I'll e-mail you and tell you they are ready to download for free Or, if you'd prefer, you can request that a CD be mailed to you with all the images and I'd be happy to burn them on a CD and mail them. At this time the software will not allow you to purchase a "group" of photos for a specific price. I am working on that and plan to be able to offer that in the future. Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the LoftyLens photos that I download?
Yes. While LoftyLens offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos.
Can I request site-specific aerial photos and if so, how much does it cost? Yes, please call or e-mail with the location and details of your request and we'll get back with you on the pricing. Once we have taken the pictures we will post them on the site under a Password Protected category. You may then purchase the images and immediately download them. Or, if you'd prefer, I can mail them to you on a CD.
What areas of Southwest Florida do you cover? Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Collier, Lee, Pinellas, Hillsborough and DeSoto counties. Further if needed.
What airport are you based out of? Hidden River Airport. A private airport in Northeast Sarasota.
